Certified by the state bar as a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, Ms. Radtke takes courses each year and keeps up-to-date on any changes in the law. Thorough Preparation for Family Law Cases
For each of her clients heading for trial, Ms. Radtke meets with them ahead of time to discuss evidence and witnesses. She will also educate each client on how to be a more effective witness. She asks her clients to write a personal history and keep a journal before trial and for the duration of the case so she can better understand the unique facts of each case. In addition, she handles discovery when necessary by requesting documents, holding depositions and sending written interrogatories.
